The Thematic app uses the same account system as the website, for both creator and artist accounts, no separate account needed.
Signing in.
There's no password. Enter the email address on your Thematic account, and we'll send you a sign-in link.
- Open the Thematic app and enter your email address.
- We'll send a sign-in link to that email.
- Open the email and tap the link to sign in.

Frequently asked questions
I have a Premium/Pro subscription (creator) or an active artist agreement. Does it apply on the app?
Yes. Your plan and account status apply across both web and mobile since they're tied to your account, not the device.
Can I use the app and the website at the same time?
Yes. Both stay in sync with the same account.
Can I sign in with Google?
No. Sign in works by email link only, there's no Google sign-in option.
I didn't get the email. What do I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it's still not there, make sure you entered the same email address associated with your Thematic account.
Does the sign-in link expire?
Yes, after 24 hours. If it's expired, just request a new one.
Do I need to sign in again each time I open the app?
No. Once you're signed in, you'll stay signed in on the app.
